Serenity... app for iPhone and iPad

We have designed this app to allow users to follow our full comprehensive video tutorials which are available to all customers that purchase a kit from us.
After the initial verification process the app will present you with documentation of your specific build product purchased and all invoices, contracts and quotes for future reference. You will also have lots of guidance documents on the long term care of your build as well as the schematic drawings and reference documents including a computer aided design of the finished product before you start. These are updated regularly.
You will find our video tutorials are very comprehensive, we break down every single aspect of the kit, what to look for and what to cut and where.

You will also find a news feed and private news feed for communicating with us. There is a support feature.
Inside this app you can comment on all videos posting pictures and questions if you get stuck. Our admin will offer guidance and assistance as soon as possible.
This app also allows kit users to monitor their delivery status and queue position.

If you are an install customer and one of our teams are building your cabin for you, your account will be allocated to an installer team who you can communicate with through the app. All documentation will be available too.
You will be able to keep a track of your install position and progress.

All of our installers have this app with additional functionality for them.
